SigmaNext (“we”, “us”) operates this website and sells digital source code. This policy describes how we handle personal data when you browse, purchase, or contact us.
Data we collect
Checkout & orders. When you buy a license, our payment provider (Stripe) processes your payment. We receive order metadata such as email address, GitHub username (for repository access), and payment confirmation — stored to fulfill your purchase and send transactional email (e.g. order confirmation via Resend).
Website use. Standard server logs may include IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on these legal pages unless we later disclose that here.
Contact. If you email us, we keep your message and address to respond and, if needed, follow up on support or licensing.
Legal bases & purposes
- Performing the contract (delivering the product, access, support).
- Legitimate interests (fraud prevention, improving the service).
- Consent where required (e.g. marketing — only if you opt in).
Sharing
We use processors such as Stripe (payments), Resend (email), hosting and database providers, and GitHub (repository access). They process data only as needed to provide those services. We do not sell your personal data.
Retention
Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting, support, and license enforcement. You may ask for deletion where applicable, subject to legal retention requirements.
Your rights

Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do; continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy where permitted by law.
