Agreement
By purchasing, downloading, or using SigmaNext source code (“Product”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Product.
License grant
Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use, modify, and deploy the Product to build applications for yourself or your clients (“Commercial use”). You may ship unlimited projects derived from the Product.
Restrictions
- You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Product itself as a template, boilerplate, or competing product (including “as-is” or lightly modified).
- You may not remove license/authorship notices where required by third-party licenses included in the Product.
- Public repositories: do not publish the full Product source in a public repo unless you have our written permission.
Digital goods & refunds
The Product is digital source code. All sales are final. We encourage you to review the feature list and FAQ before purchase. For questions, contact [email protected].
Updates
Lifetime purchases include updates we publish for the Product during the period we choose to support it, as described on the sales page. We do not guarantee perpetual updates or feature additions.

THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR DEPLOYMENT, SECURITY, AND COMPLIANCE (INCLUDING GDPR, PCI, ETC.).
Termination
We may terminate your license if you materially breach these terms (e.g. redistributing the boilerplate). Upon termination, you must stop using and distributing the Product except for applications already lawfully deployed, as reasonably interpreted.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance where allowed by law. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date.
